The vertical ring die pellet machine is a special equipment for biomass fuel granulation and coarse fiber material granulation. It features a reasonable structure, excellent performance, high forming rate and high output.
The equipment is mainly composed of power part, transmission part, granulation part (the core part is mould and pressure wheel), as well as automatic lubrication part and air-cooled dust removal part.
The material is fed vertically, which is free of arching and easy to dissipate at the same time. The pressure wheel rotates and centrifuges the material, thus ensuring an even distribution and a high forming rate. The mold is fixed, meaning that the equipment runs more stable and it is further divided into two layers to make two specifications.
Two independent lubrication systems for both the transmission part and the pressing part come with the equipment, ensuring a safe and stable operation over an extended period of time. It is equipped with air-cooled dust removal, allowing for long-term operation, effective production, and energy saving and environmental protection.
