The EL Control Wood Pellet Press Machine 380V Sawdust Pellet Making Machine is a specialized piece of equipment useful for biomass fuel and coarse fiber material granulation. It has a sound construction, consistent performance, high forming rate and high output. Divided into five main parts, the machine consists of a power part, transmission part, granulation part (the core part which comprises of a mold and pressure wheel), automatic lubrication part, and an air-cooled dust removal part. These parts work together to offer an efficient and reliable pellet making operation.
The gear box adopts three-stage gear deceleration, which offers a carrying capacity which is five times larger than the old model, and a super long service life. It is created with a five axis gantry CNC machining center to ensure the quality and precision of the gearbox. Furthermore, the gear box is connected to a Chinese standard motor via coupling, increasing the kinetic energy conversion rate and improving production efficiency. Moreover, maintenance is much simpler due to the direct connection.
The motor brands we cooperate with are all well-known in domestic. As for the main shaft, it is built with 45# steel, and afterwards it is processed with precision casting, quenching and tempering heat treatment after rough machining, increasing its hardness and service life.
The driving motor of the feeding system adopts a hard tooth surface reducer, boasting a longer life and more stable operation. Additionally, the large gear and the small gear are not located in the same pelleting chamber, the external setting of this material dial parts rectifying the problem of materials dial corrosion. Moreover, regarding the material shifting cover, except for the material shifting turntable, all non-moving parts in contact with materials and steam are made of stainless steel, preventing the metal materials corrosion.
The pellets are discharged via a disc type system, making the discharge smoother and the forming degree much better. As for the disc discharging shell, it is produced with stainless steel to provide high strength and corrosion resistance while reducing steam corrosion issue and lengthing the life span.
The pellet machine has two lubrication systems: grease pump and circulating lubricating oil pump. The former lubricates two rollers in the pellet machine, the latter lubricates the main shaft bearings, gearbox, and the material dial part. The gear box lubrication pump is given a flow detection and over-pressure protection to avoid equipment failure due to poor lubrication. Furthermore, it is also attached with a cooling fan to cool down the lubricating oil without shutting down the machine, allowing for a long-term operation.
The two types of ring die are made of alloy steel and stainless steel respectively. Both of them are processed with vacuum quenching and tempering heat treatment after rough machining, resulting in a die with uniform hardness, no breakage, and superb wear-resistance. The die holes are finished with high-speed gun drilling, which enables an even arrangement and an inside that is smooth. Either face of the die can be used.
The roller shell has three types. One is surface carbonizing treatment, another is a sealing groove roller shell, and the last one adopts super wear-resistant alloy welding by robot.
