The machine comprises of several parts, including power section, drivetrain, a core granulating section (which has a mould and pressure wheel as its centre pieces), an auto-greaser and a air-cooled dust remover part.
The gear box of the pellet machine adopts three-stage gear deceleration, the carrying capacity is five times larger than its old model, and its service life is super long. To guarantee the quality and precision of the gear box, it is made by five-axis gantry CNC machining center. In order to increase the kinetic energy conversion rate and improve its production efficiency, the gear box is connected with Chinese standard motor directly, as well as making maintenance more convenient. Made of 45# steel, the main shaft undergoes precision casting, quenching, and tempering heat treatment after its rough machining. These procedures not only make the main shaft more wear-resistant, but they also increase its overall hardness and service life.
The driving motor of the feeding system of the pellet machine adopts a hard tooth surface reducer, leading to a longer service life and more stable operation. Additionally, the large gear and the small gear are separated from the pellet chamber. This external setting of material dial parts solves the problem of the dial material being easily corroded by high-temperature steam. Also, all the non-moving parts in contact with the materials and steam are made of stainless steel, which thus effectively solves the problem of metal materials corrosion.
The disc-type discharging pellets also guarantees that the discharge of pellets would be smoother and that the forming degree is better.
The disc discharging shell is produced by stainless steel, which makes it incredibly durable and corrosion-resistant. Also, its high strength makes it last for a longer time.
The pellet machine is equipped with two sets of lubricating system, namely, the grease pump and the circulating lubricating oil pump. The grease pump mainly lubricates two rollers in the pellet machine while the circulating lubricating oil pump lubricates the pellet machine’s main shaft bearings, gearbox, and material dial part. There is also a flow detection and over-pressure protection system built to the gear box lubrication pump. This can prevent any equipment failures caused by poor lubrication.
Furthermore, an additional cooling fan for the gear box lubrication pump keeps the lubrication oil cool even while the machine is operating, which helps the pellet machine run smoothly and for a long time.
The pellet machine is also equipped with two kinds of die. One is made of alloy steel while the other one of stainless steel. The die is quenched in a vacuum furnace making the overall hardness of the die quite impressive, with no breakage, and super wear-resistant. The die holes have also been processed using a high-speed gun drilling, the holes are evenly arranged and the inside of the holes are smooth. Both the up and down side of the die can be used.
The roller shell of the pellet machine has three types to choose from. The first type is a carbonizing treatment trough, the second type is a sealing groove roller shell, and the third type is a super wear-resistant alloy welding process done by robot. The quality and durability of the roller shell provides a reliable performance.
