The vertical ring die pellet machine is a special piece of equipment designed for the granulation of biomass fuel and coarse fibrous materials. It features a reasonable structure and is characterized by its stable operation, high formation rate, and high output. The machine is composed of five main parts: power part, transmission part, granulation part (with the core components being the mold and pressure wheel), automatic lubrication part, and an air-cooled dust removal part.
The vertical feeding of the material is free from arching and convenient for dissipating heat. With the rotation of the pressure wheel, the material is centrifuged, forming an even distribution and a high forming rate. Further, the mold is fixed for stably running of the equipment, and two specifications could be made with two independent layers. Additionally, the two independent lubrication systems for the transmission part and the pressing part ensure safe and steady operation over a long period.
What's more, this machine is also equipped with air-cooled dust removal for long-term running and efficient production, hence making it energy saving and environmental-friendly. The applicable raw materials include sawdust, shavings, wood scraps, furniture factory scraps, rice husks, sunflower husks, peanut husks and other wood scraps, branches, stems, bark and other wood materials, various crops straws, rubber, cement, ashes and other chemical materials.
