The biomass vertical ring die pellet machine is a special equipment specifically designed for biomass fuel and coarse fiber material granulation. It has been designed with a well-structured, stable operation, and excellent pelletizing rate with high output.
This pellet machine is made up of four main parts:
The vertical feeding structure makes it easier for materials to enter with no arching, and sawdust can dissipate quickly. A pressure wheel rotates to ensure even material distribution and a high forming rate. The mold is fixed for stable equipment running, and it is divided into tow layers to produce two specifications respectively. Moreover, there are two independent lubrication systems which protect the transmission part and the pressing part to ensure the safe and stable operation in the long run. Finally, an air-cooled dust removal device is equipped, in which the long-term operation results in effective production, energy and environmental protection.
