Wet raw material is transported into the Manual Control System Wood Sawdust Dryer 1000kg/H Rotary Dryer Shavings Dryer by belt conveyor or bucket elevator. Since the cylinder is inclined, the material slowly moves in the axial direction from higher end to low end. The lifting plate continuously scatters and moves down the material, meanwhile making the material and the high-temperature flue gas exchange heat until it meets the required dryness; after which the dried material is discharged from the output opening by a discharging device. The waste gas from the dryer end is discharged by cyclone.
The dryer is equipped with a separate heating furnace, input port, rotating cylinder, delivery pipe, dust collector and output port. Heat air is sent into the rotating cylinder to full contact with materials delivered by a conveyor. Being transported and scattered by high-speed hot air, the outer moisture of the material is evaporated and the dust is discharged by cyclone. The rotary drying cylinder is equipped with a combination device of circumferential lifting plates at various angles so that it increases the heat exchange rate and shortens the drying time.
