To ensure reliable operation, the pellet machine is equipped with two sets lubricating system, grease pump and circulating lubricating oil pump. The grease pump, which mainly lubricates two rollers in pellet machine. The circulating lubricating oil pump, which mainly lubricates the pellet machine main shaft bearings and gearbox and the material dial part. Gear box lubrication pump is equipped with flow detection and over-pressure protection, which can prevent equipment failures caused by poor lubrication effectively. The gear box lubrication pump comes with a cooling fan, can cool down the lubricating oil without stopping the machine, ensuring long-term operation.
The ring die we used for the pellet machine also ensuring precision and accuracy of forming pellets. There are two kind die: one made of alloy steel, one made of stainless steel material, quenched in a vacuum furnace, and the die has uniform hardness, no breakage, and super wear-resistant; the die holes are processed by high-speed gun drilling, the holes are arranged evenly , and the inside of the holes is smooth — up and down all can be used.
