Fully Biomass Pellet Production Line: It includes wood chipper, wood hammer mill, wood sawdust dryer, wood pellet machine, pellet cooler machine, pellet packing machine and conveyors for transporting materials. The choice of the right machine depends mainly on the raw material; for example, when it comes to wood sawdust, only wood sawdust dryer, pellet machine, pellet cooler and pellet packing machine are needed. Wood Pellet Making Machine: This equipment is capable of producing biomass fuel granulate and coarse fiber material pellets. It is characterised by a reasonable structure, stable operation, high forming rate and high output. The structure of the machine is made up of power part, transmission part, granulation part (which mainly consists of mould and pressure wheel), automatic lubrication part, and air-cooled dust removal part. Among all the pellet machines, Jinzhao’s 8th generation pellet machine is the most popular.
The gears box of pellet machine adopts three-stage gear deceleration, with a carrying capacity 5 times larger than the old model, and offering a service life that lasts much longer.
In order to maintain quality and precision, the gear box is produced with five axis gantry CNC machining center. Furthermore, a Chinese standard motor is connected by coupling directly to the gear box, increasing the output of kinetic energy and production efficiency, while also making maintenance more convenient.
The main shaft of the pellet machine is constructed of 45# steel, which is further reinforced by precision casting, quenching and tempering heat treatment. This increases the hardness and service life of the shaft.
Besides, the feeding system has adopted a hard tooth surface reducer to drive the motor, providing longer life and more stable operation. The discharge pellets also use a disc type design, which results in smoother pellets and improved forming degree.
A lubrication pump with two sets is also equipped, one for grease, mainly responsible for lubricating the two rollers; and the other for circulating lubricating oil, lubricating the main shaft bearings, gear box and material dial part. The gear box lubrication pump comes with added flow detection and over-pressure protection to prevent equipment failure and accompanied cooling fan for long-term operation.
The ring die is available in two materials: alloy steel and stainless steel, both of which are quenched in a vacuum furnace. The die also features uniform hardness, no breakage, and super wear-resistance. The die holes are arranged evenly with high-speed gun drilling process, ensuring smoothness inside the holes.
