The vertical ring die pellet machine is a special equipment specifically designed for granulating biomass fuel and coarse fiber materials. This machine is known for its reasonable structure, even operation and high forming rate, as well as its high output.
The structure of the machine mainly consists of a power part, a transmission part, a granulation part (the heart of which is the mould and the pressure wheel), an automatic lubrication part, and an air-cooled dust removal part.

1.Pellet machine gear box
1)The gear box adopts three-stage gear deceleration, the carrying capacity is 5 times larger than the old model, and the service life is super long.
2)Pellet machine gear box is made by five axis gantry CNC machining center, guarantee the quality and precision of the gearbox.
3)The gear box is connected with Chinese standard motor by coupling directly, increase kinetic energy conversion rate and improve production efficiency, meanwhile, maintenance is more conveniently. The motor brands we cooperated are all well-known in domestic.
2.About main shaft
1)The main shaft is made of 45# steel.
2)To increase the hardness and service life of the shaft, pellet machine main shaft are been processed by precision casting, quenching and tempering heat treatment after rough machining.
3.Ring die
There are two kind die. One made of alloy steel, one made of stainless steel material, quenched in a vacuum furnace, and the die has uniform hardness, no breakage, and super wear-resistant; the die holes are processed by high-speed gun drilling, the holes are arranged evenly , and the inside of the holes is smooth. Up and down all can be used.
1.The roller shell
There are three type roller shell. One type surface carbonizing treatment Trough.
Second type is the roller shell Sealing Groove.
The third type is the roller shell adopts super wear-resistant alloy welding process by robot.
