Themain shaft is made of 45# steel. To increase the hardness and service life of the shaft, pellet machine main shaft are been processed by precision casting, quenching and tempering heat treatment after rough machining.
Thering die is divided into two types. One made of alloy steel, one made of stainless steel material, quenched in a vacuum furnace, and the die has uniform hardness, no breakage, and super wear-resistant; the die holes are processed by high-speed gun drilling, the holes are arranged evenly , and the inside of the holes is smooth. Up and down all can be used.
Theroller shell is divided into three types. One type surface carbonizing treatment Trough. Second type is the roller shell Sealing Groove. The third type is the roller shell adopts super wear-resistant alloy welding process by robot. All these surface treatments are to improve the wear-resistance of the roller shell and prolong its service life.
The material is fed vertically and fed in freely without arching and easy to dissipate. The mold is fixed, making the equipment run more stable and is divided into upper and lower layers, two specifications can be made.
